Orders destined in Canada are shipped via UPS or Canada Post with a tracking number provided.
All orders being delivered to a PO Box will be shipped via Canada Post.
Orders shipped to the USA are shipped via UPS or Canada Post until they reach the US border where they will be delivered by UPS or USPS. Tracking Numbers are not always available for USA orders.
International orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post until they reach the destination country where they are delivered by your local postal service. A tracking number will not always be provided for international orders as in most cases it doubles the cost of shipping. We as the seller decide which courier we choose for your order, depending on which courier is less expensive. If you wish to choose the courier and shipping option (Express/Tracked) yourself, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full order and address and the shipping option you wish to choose. We will then calculate a shipping total for you. Please note that the shipping option on orders that are already placed via the Online Shop cannot be changed once they are processed.
Buffalo Airwear does not cover any Customs or Duty fees that are applied to your order upon entering your Country. You as a Consumer are responsible for paying any of these extra fees. We are not responsible to contact you about your item's customs either.

When your order is sent out you will find a Tracking number (if available) in your PayPal Account for either Canada Post or UPS, if available. You can use this tracking number at:
We highly recommend to use PO Boxes or residential addresses for the shipment of your order. Please double check your address before you check out.
You as the buyer are responsible to provide us your right address.
Address changes cannot be made after the order is shipped.
Buffalo Airwear is not responsible and will not take over the costs for orders that have been shipped to the wrong destination due to a false address provided by the buyer.
Buffalo Airwear will not cover shipping or return costs caused by an insufficient, incomplete or wrong address
Buffalo Airwear will also not provide a replacement for the loss of a product due to a false address provided by the buyer.
