Returns or Exchanges


Returns or exchanges can only be made on items that have not been worn (Clothing and Hats*) or opened (models and other Airwear items) within Canada.

Please contact us via email to notify us that you will be sending a return or exchange item. Items can be shipped to:

Once the returned items have been received back at the Buffalo Airwear store an email will be sent to you to notify you that the item(s) have been received and either a refund will be issued to you or the exchange items will be sent out and a new tracking number provided. If we send you an exchange item, we will charge your credit card (Master Card or Visa) for the shipping costs.

If you are unsure about the sizing of our items please feel free to contact us to discuss what size might fit best. 

We are always happy to help. 

*Buffalo Airwear will not return or exchange underwear or undergarments. They are a final sale.

*if you are an international customer and you want to return or exchange your item and you are willing to pay all charges for mail service, customs, fees and any additonal charges, please send us an email to
