Q: When can I expect to see my order?

A: Due to the worldwide circumstances, shipping guarantees have been cancelled and shipping may be delayed for national and international orders.

Q: Can I have my order shipped faster? 

A: Yes. Please contact us to find out the exact cost of shipping for the items you wish to purchase and we can provide you with new cost for shipping. Due to the worldwide circumstances even faster shipping methods may be delayed.

Q: Do you ship to my Country?

A: We ship internationally to all countries. If you are having trouble finding your country when filling out the shipping information we will be happy to help if you email us. info.buffaloairwear@gmail.com

Q: How do I track my order?

A: If your order is sent out with a tracking number for either Canada Post or UPS, it will be available in your PayPal Account. You can use this tracking number at: 




Q: I ordered a few days ago but do not have a confirmation email. Why?

A: Please email or call us to notify us of the oversight and we will be sure to fix is right away. 

Q: Will I have to pay any Duty, Customs fees or Taxes for my order?

A: Buffalo Airwear does not cover any extra Customs or Duty fees that are applied to your order upon entering your Country. You as a Consumer are responsible for paying any of these extra fees.  

Q: I don't have a Paypal Account. How do I pay?

A: You can still pay via Credit Card through the Paypal site without signing up for a Paypal account. Please click on "Don't have a Paypal Account" on the middle to bottom right of the Paypal screen. Alternatively, you can call us at 1-(867)765-6023 or email info.buffaloairwear@gmail.com and we will look into other payment options.

Q: I don't want to put my information on the internet.

A: We use Paypal which is extremely cautious with your personal information. We understand you may not be comfortable so please call us to take your order over the phone at 1-(867)765-6023

Q: The item I want is sold out. When will it be available? 

A: We try to keep all items in stock at all times, however, sometimes our product is late. Some items are labelled as 'discontinued'. This means we will not be getting in more sizes, and we are sorry if you cannot find that item in your size. We will be bringing in new items to replace it soon. If you would like to inquire about an item please fill out the "Contact Us" form and we will reply to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

Q: I would like to have my item signed. Is this possible?

A: We can have items signed. If you wish to have it signed please make a note with your order before checkout. This is done by clicking on the note to seller (after adding credit card info, right before checkout). If you miss putting the in the note please send us an email to info.buffaloairwear@gmail.com

This can take some time due to the busy schedule of many of the crew. We will get it out quickly but this may add a day or two to your orders shipping time.  More signatures = More time
