Orders destined in Canada are shipped via Canada Post or UPS with a tracking number provided.
Orders shipped to the USA are shipped via UPS or Canada Post until they reach the US border where they will be delivered by UPS or USPS. Tracking Numbers are not always available for USA orders.
International orders are shipped via UPS with a Tracking Number or Canada Post until they reach the destination country where they are delivered by your local postal service. A tracking number will not be provided with this service as in most cases it doubles the cost of shipping. We as the seller decide which courier we choose for your order, depending on which courier is less expensive.
Buffalo Airwear does not cover any extra Customs or Duty fees that are applied to your order upon entering your Country. You as a Consumer are responsible for paying any of these extra fees.
Larger or high value International orders are shipped via UPS and a tracking number will be provided.
Orders shipped within Canada can be expected to arrive within 7-10 Business days. (Not including holidays)
Orders shipped to the US can be expected within 7-10 business days
Small International orders can be expected in 16-20 business days (not including holidays)
Large International orders can be expected in 7-10 business days (not including holidays)
Buffalo Airwear is not responsible for shipping times. Those are given by the couriers.

You as the buyer are responsible to provide us your right address. Address changes cannot be made after the order is shipped. Buffalo Airwear is not responsible and will not take over the costs for orders that have been shipped to the wrong destination due to a false address provided by the buyer. Buffalo Airwear will also not provide a replacement for the loss of a product due to a false address provided by the buyer.
